“Fitness is about so much than just physical growth. I entered my first bikini competition in 2015, and since then have competed at both the National and International level. Through high school, I suffered from depression, anxiety and like many girls, lack of self-confidence. The day I won my class, I realized that all my insecurities, worries, and doubts only held me back. It was an achievement that I never thought I would be capable of, but that moment I DID.
