“I think working out is the best medicine ever, I don’t know how cliché that sounds but I think working out literally, I hope one day I can just rely on that instead of medication to kind of calm down or whatever that’s happening on a bad day. But working out has been the best thing for me. I think that not sitting on the couch, or laying in bed all day, you can get out and go for a run, go for a little walk, it doesn’t have to be the extreme but I think working out has been my savior. Just the serotonin levels, I’m just so happy after a workout. Like when do you ever regret a workout? I mean yeah your legs are sore the next day from leg day and it sucks but that was the best thing for you and you’re just getting stronger from it. Mentally as well, not just like ‘oh my quads are huge, I can lift this much.’ You feel like you are doing the best thing for your body for sure.
