“Volleyball has been a giant part of my life ever since I was 4 years old. 20 years later, I’m fortunate enough to still be playing this sport. Volleyball has given me so much in my life: my fiancee, my closest friends, an education, experiences abroad and the ability to play the sport as a job. I started off as the small fiesty kid from Burnaby, to being able to play the sport professionally. I’m grateful for the challenges I faced this past season in Finland, and I’m excited for the challenge of playing the next season in France.
