“My favorite moment in the sport is pretty much every single race I do with Evan, every single C2. Even if it’s a bad race or a good race there’s always some sort of bond there that you can’t break. Winning and losing is almost equally as satisfying because when we lose we’re together, we lose together and we discuss what we need to do to get better. When we win it’s the same process, we discuss what we can do to get better.
Hardest moment would probably be the last 3 months because I was trying to cope with, not necessarily depression but I wasn’t satisfied with what I was doing. I was trying to find happiness not through sport, but just for me. It’s also hard just getting back into it because I’m extremely unfit.”- Jeremy Stott, Team Canada Canoer. (3/4)
