“I definitely workout to feel better in the day to day and my husband and I are big snow mobilers, dirt bikers and snowboarders so that’s a big motivation always looking forward to the next winter. One of the goals I have is to be able to do 10 unassisted chin ups and I just hit 2 so I got a bit to go but I’m looking forward to it!
I think a big ‘ah ha’ moment was when the diet and the working out all came together and it was like noticing all these changes happening so quickly and it was a really motivating factor because you are like okay, if you stick with it and you are consistent, for me consistency was my ‘ah ha’ moment.
