“I’ve been training with Liam for a year since he took over the gym and I always loved weight training, I did it all through high school as an extra curricular class and then I kind of fell off the grid and my husband dragged me back to MVMT Academy, so yeah a solid year back in it. I was probably off the horse for a good 2 years because of work and life changes but no real excuse. It feels amazing to be back, it’s been such a life changer, and I’m getting choked up a little bit right now, it’s changed my life you know? It’s so positive, my energy has increased and you want to get out there and do things and I think working out gives you good endorphins and it’s great. What pushes me now are the sports I love to participate in, and just getting my health back in order. I was diagnosed in January as celiac and heavily anemic and working out with Liam: his diet, his suggestions, like my recovery is amazing in the past 6 months. My doctor is amazed so that’s a big motivating factor. I’m so excited to see where I’m going to be in 1 year and 2 years, the future!” -Bailey, Fitness Enthusiast. (1/3)
