“What motivates me is how happy it makes me feel. Whenever you go out and smash a session it always makes you feel really good, like you never regret a workout so I think that’s what keeps me motivated. Like sometimes it’s hard to get to the gym but once your there it’s always good and you always leave happy. So I think my advice is to do what makes you feel good. If you are eating like crap and feel sluggish and disgusting like maybe make the choice to you know have a bit more veggies or drink more water. Like do something for you that makes you feel better and then build on that and keep doing what makes you feel good. Because nobody is going to feel good when they are eating Mcdonald’s every day and laying down all day.
