“I’ve always had the philosophy of trying to offer as good as training as possible for kids of all socioeconomic status. Growing up we didn’t have a lot of money, was never really in the situation to pay for high end training and I always thought that was kind of a bummer because sport shouldn’t just be for the wealthy, it should be for everybody. If someone is dedicated and really wants to train, they should have the opportunity to work with who they want, and make the decision on that right? If they feel like someone’s good to work with they should be able to work with them. I’m not selling my coaching short for what I offer. I think what I offer is high end training, but again it’s more about trying to make a difference in someone’s life than make loads of money off of people.” – Adam Nugent-Hopkins, Strength and Conditioning Coach at Fortius Center.
